Queenstown townhouse with lake views
Windsor Place is a two storey townhouse that has amazing views down Lake Wakatipu towards Glenorchy. Why not sit out on the balcony and relax while making the most of them or put some wood on the fire, sit back and play a board game with your friends or family. For those of you who like to relax in front of the television after a day exploring we have you covered there too with a flat screen television complete with SKY TV.

Quiet leafy street on Queenstown Hill.
Queenstown Hill is also known by its Māori name of Te Tapu-nui (mountain of intense sacredness), It is a small 907 metres (2,976 ft) mountain in Queenstown. There are many houses on the hill but all activities and restaurants are in the town centre.
Other than a locked storage cupboard, guests have full access to the house. Access to the garage is available but not for parking.
The townhouse is light, bright and welcoming. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and a generous living space, there is room for the whole family or a group of friends to enjoy a holiday together. The spacious kitchen has stainless appliances and is open plan with the dining area which offers truly spectacular views while you eat. The living room is warm and inviting, thanks to the wood burner and comfy couches.
The townhouse has 3 bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
As you walk in the front door there is a large bedroom with ensuite to your right this room has 2 single beds and a couch which makes it the perfect place for the kids to hang out. When you go upstairs you will find the master bedroom with King bed and the 2nd bedrooms with 2 singles.
The upstairs area has a large lounge which is kept toasty and warm in the winter with the aid of our wood fire.
There are wonderful lake & mountain views from the dining area and deck. This property is the perfect place to enjoy a family holiday or relax with friends.
The house has plenty of parking not in the garage but on the driveway and also free street parking.
We use professional cleaners and hired linen.
It is not essential to have a vehicle as you can get a taxi or shuttle from the airport however we would recommend it especially in winter.
You can walk to town from the townhouse but its a very steep walk back up so you might prefer to catch a taxi. In winter the roads can be icy so extra care should be taken and we wouldn't recommend walking to town.
Please note that the house does have stairs so is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Although we welcome families you will need to watch your little ones on the stairs and near the wood fire.
This is not a party house please respect our neighbours and keep any partying to downtown Queenstown. Note: We do not accept hens or bucks parties.
Although the garage is available for storing your gear there it is not available fro parking. There is off street parking on the driveway and the carport area to the left of the garage.
This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. On departure the house is to be locked with all lights & appliances off, the BBQ is to be cleaned (if used). The house should be left tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the bins provided.
Please do not use outside areas after 10pm and before 7am
Guest must be 25 or over to book and the person booking must stay at the house.
Hot ashes from the fireplace are not to be put in the rubbish bins
There shall be no amplified sound played in the garden (Outdoor Living Area) between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am - per council rules
We will refund
100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date.
80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date.
50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival date.
There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
